Guild Rules
 

• Follow all forum regulations. The forum's rules are here to help our role play. To make it more realistic. So please read over them and make your sure familiar with them.
• Respect all members of the guild higher or lower rank. Never talk back to a higher officer. Bring your problem to the Commander Of Armed forced, which is currently TDGErik. If he can not help you follow the chain of command till your problem and resolved.
• Make sure your character is not to powerful or unrealistic to the books. So no, Light Fades, Asha'man Wolf kin Aiel. That is a little much. Make sure your character as some flaws. No one is perfect not even Rand.
• Turn in all reports on time. It is up to your commander to set the dates. So speak with him/her if you are not sure. Commander should send in there legion reports to the Commander of Arms (TDGErik). He will then combine them all into one report and send them to the Guild Commander and the second in command.
• Last, the mailing string is off limits unless you have asked the guild commander to use it.

    The Commander of each division and the General of each division has reports due. The General will report who has been active and who as sent in logs and participated in the story lines. He will send this report to the Commander of his division. Then the commander will report to the Command of Arms who need to be promoted and demoted and why. The Commander of arms then send in a report of all the legions to the Guild commander and the second in command. With the promotions and demotions.
(i.e.   Calvary: Homer promoted to General. Infantry: John demoted to private )
 Failure to get these reports in will gain you a demotion. You will receive one warning then be demoted. If you are going on leave let the Commander of Arms and the guild commander know so they can make note of it and place a temporary commander or general till you return.
